The inside of PABU is stunning, with impressive high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and modern décor. Oversized booths line the walls and lightly-colored wooden furniture decorates the space. A long bar has stool seating, where guests can watch chefs prepare fresh sushi dishes. The modern bar area is decorated with sleek furniture and accented with a ton of paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling. PABU’s menu features sushi, small plates and a chef’s tasting menu option. Stop in for happy hour specials every Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., when all drink specials are less than $7. You can also take advantage of discounted process on bar snacks like oysters, edamame and friend chicken.
