The Unobstructed Views of Boston Common

Our Kensington Boston Apartments offer unobstructed views of the scenic Boston Common. As you sip your morning coffee in your enchanting living room space, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of natural landscape, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of downtown Boston.

The Boston Common holds a majority of Boston’s history. As the oldest park in the country, the Boston Common is roughly 50 acres large in the middle of downtown. British troops used Common grounds to camp prior to the Revolution. This was the ground the British left when they faced colonial resistance at Lexington and Concord in 1775. The Common is also famously known for public speeches from celebrity figures like Martin Luther King Jr. and Pope John Paul II.

Aside from being a historical adventure, the Boston Common is a popular meetup destination. The Boston Common Coffee Cycling Team meets at the Common throughout the week for inspirational cycling and coffee. They offer three cycling levels to participate in: The Latte Group for beginners, The Cappuccino Group for intermediate riders and the Espresso Group for the advanced riders training for The Pain in the Mass Tour, a two-day cycling adventure.

To gain the energy you need to cycle through The Pain in the Mass Tour, you will want to stop by the Raw Fruit Meetup. Here you will find the latest and greatest raw food recipes and tips, while networking with like-minded individuals.

Don’t forget Toto! The Boston Dachsund Meetup is a social group for dachshunds and their owners. The dogs play together on the Common while owners interact and watch their fur children play.

Between learning your history and throwing fetch, you are guaranteed to love exploring the Boston Common, almost as much as you’ll enjoy watching from above.
