As a LEED certified Gold member, The Kensington has thoughtfully reused as many materials as possible, while providing a high-quality form of living for our residents. Many of our luxury features have been created with an Eco-frienldy mindset. The cabinets, countertops, quarts, ceiling and even the carpet is all made either entirely are mostly from reused materials. We take it one step further by providing a heat recovery unit on the roof, which allows fresh air to enter the building and reduce cooling costs.
