We are very excited to announce that we have been recognized by Multifamily Executive (MFE) as having the top online reputation in 2015 compared to over 51,000 national apartment properties. Powered by J Turner Research, MFE’s Online Reputation Assessment© (ORA) ranks apartment communities and management companies based on an aggregate score of online ratings.

Boasting the #1 ORA© Score of 95 (national average is 52), we moved up three spots from the 2014 poll to take the lead above other acclaimed communities including Mesa Pines in California and Westminster Towers in Washington. Respected rating platforms including Yelp and ApartmentRatings.com were included in the assessment, which currently give The Kensington a combined 110 reviews with an average rating of 4.7/5 stars.
