Find a Quick and Healthy Salad, Falafel or Quinoa Bowl at VERTS Mediterranean Grill
Have you been to Boston’s VERTS Mediterranean Grill yet? It’s only been open a little over a month, but if you haven’t visited this new eatery yet, you might want to get a move on, because it’s generating a lot of positive reviews.
Owners Michael Heyne and Dominik Stein opened their first VERTS location back in 2011 with the philosophy that preparing Mediterranean-style salad bowls from scratch, using whole foods, would yield delicious, healthy meals that would keep customers coming back again and again. The experiment worked, and now the two have opened more than 20 locations across the nation. When you visit Boston’s restaurant, you’ll enjoy meals like mixed greens topped with falafel, cucumbers, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce, or you might go for a hearty quinoa base topped with grilled chicken, carrot and cabbage slaw, and feta crumbles. Either way, Yelp reviewers say it’ll be fresh, quick, and tasty.
