Don’t Miss the Truffle-Making Workshop with Taza Chocolate and Wine on November 30th
Wine, cheese, and chocolate: there might be no more delicious trio in the world. You can expect all three at the Truffle-Making Workshop with Taza Chocolate and Wine, which combines an interactive candy-making class with a few tastings for an evening of crafting and noshing.
It’s happening at The Kitchen at the Boston Public Market on Thursday, November 30th from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Register online ($44+) and then come to the class to watch while a Taza chocolate chef creates a dark chocolate ganache from scratch. Guests get to dunk pieces of bread and artisan cheeses in the ganache fondue-style as they receive tips on how to make it again at home. Then you’ll enjoy four varieties of local wine (courtesy of the Massachusetts Wine Shop) paired with complementary chocolates before crafting your own truffles and rolling them in the toppings of your choice.
